Jumble Of Voices (2011) …

… shows a piece of work, which, in the truest sense of the word, is based on a creation of Pieter Bruegel the older (1563) and broaching the issue of the international understanding. On top of the tower (to Babel) we find a windmill (as a cue to the dutch renaissance) which has stopped operating a long tim ago. Most of the wings parts are damaged, so that the mill work, als slow as it may grind can only be operated under enormous effort. In addition the construction stand inside the water and inside a basin, which allows only few fresh wind. Above the mill, an airship is silently cruising observing the situation … symbolizing the nation.
